Today I was extra motivated to push myself. Mainly because I did my taxes this afternoon and I'm getting reamed by the IRS yet again. I'm over it, mostly because I had a great session today. I was instantly put in a good mood when I arrived at the school where I normally push the Prowler and the parking lot was empty. Lately, there's been all kinds of stuff and events going on there, so I've had more than a few times where I've driven to the school only to immediately turn back around because there were too many people there.
SMR and 20 minutes of Yoga. The DVD I used was Baron Baptiste's Unlocking Athletic Power. Nice, short yoga session that targets the hips and hammies.
