My weight was 195.6 this morning, so you can see the effect the Pulse Fast has on my weight.
AM - Typical SMR session and 15 minutes of stretching.
PM - Lower Body
Front Squats off Box: 275 x 4, 285 x 4, 3 - My first three sets were with light bands.
Front Squats off Box: 285 x 3, 3, 295 x 3 - no bands
Hip Thrust: 275 x 15 + 4, 3, 4, 4, 4
Seated One-leg Press (Polaris): 105 x 15 + 6, 5, 6, 6, 6 - Mini band double-looped around the foot plate.
Lying Leg Curl: 145 x 15 + 4, 3, 5, 5, 6
Cybex Calf Press: 300 x 21 + 5, 5, 5, 5, 6
Seated Calf Raise: 175 x 17 + 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
After I got home I did a quick session of the following:
Neck Harness: 35 lbs x 25, 25, 25, 25 - This was too light. The goal was 100 reps for the session though. I super-setted this with...
Sledgehammer work on the tire: 100 total reps, 25 per set.
Then, I did a quick kettlebell Tabata session with a 35 lb kettlebell. It was a circuit of one-armed swings, front squats, shoulder presses and then two armed swings.
